About Katie

Katie Szostak is a CPT and an Eat to Perform nutrition coach. She began Stak House in 2015 after seeing positive changes in friends she was training. This created the passion she now has in helping others achieve their fitness and health goals.

Stak House is known for personal training in a group setting. Clients are welcomed with a personalized plan after discussing goals with Katie upon meeting.

Katie also offers long distance training.
